Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Minutes away from the new Margaritaville, That offers loads of restaurants and dine in movie theatre as well as a state of the art Water Park and weekends activities such as car shows, flea markets, artisan markets, and free concerts with renowned artists. Also close to 2 wineries and only 30 minutes to Orlando International Airports.

This single-level home is designed for groups who want space to spread out and still come together over a pool table or a shared dinner on the patio.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. A Harry Potter-themed room offers a full and a twin bed, while a Star Wars room features two twin beds - both fun, memorable spaces for younger guests. Two king suites provide restful nights with smart TVs and ceiling fans, and one of these serves as the primary suite with direct sliding-glass access to the screened patio and pool, plus an ensuite bathroom with a bidet and jetted soaking tub. A queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area adds further sleeping space. A crib and pack ‘n play are also kept on hand for the youngest travelers.

Living space & entertainment
The living room centers around a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV. The air-conditioned game room brings the fun with a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and life-size games, while children’s books and toys spanning multiple age groups, board games, and a dedicated children’s playroom keep younger guests occupied. An outdoor playground rounds out the family-friendly setup.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a GE refrigerator, stainless steel gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you’ll need. Coffee lovers have both a drip maker and a Keurig, plus a hot water kettle and wine glasses for evening wind-downs. Step outside to the barbecue setup for grilling, or gather at the dining table for meals together. Breakfast is provided.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, each stocked with starter shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer. The primary suite’s ensuite bathroom includes a bidet and a jetted soaking tub.

Outdoor space
Your private backyard centers on a private outdoor pool, available all year and open 24 hours, plus a hot tub available all year and open 24 hours - both set within a screened enclosure for bug-free lounging. Outdoor furniture and a private patio/balcony area give you room to relax, while the private BBQ grill makes alfresco dining easy.

Location
Set in a gated community in the Orlando area, you’re well positioned for day trips to the major theme parks and attractions. The community itself offers free resort access, so guests can take advantage of nearby resort facilities during their stay. A laundromat is also nearby for longer visits.

Work & connectivity
A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet spot to log in if needed, alongside wifi and an ethernet connection throughout the home.

Parking & practical details
Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with free street parking as a backup. The home is self-check-in with a smart lock, single-level with no stairs, and pets are allowed (assistance animals are always allowed). Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property, facing outward only, alongside smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
