Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The open living area centers on a 65" HDTV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fire TV, so movie nights work for every age group. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas add flexible sleeping space when the group is larger than the bedrooms alone can hold. A theme room and a children’s playroom give younger guests their own spaces, while an indoor room with books, board games, and life-size games keeps everyone entertained without needing a screen. A dedicated workspace with a door is tucked away for anyone who needs to step out for a call.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite has a king bed, a 40" Roku Smart TV, a ceiling fan, direct pool and spa access, and an ensuite bath with a bidet and soaking tub. A second king ensuite offers its own Roku Smart TV and ceiling fan. A third bedroom has a queen bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan, and a fourth is set up with a full-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan - a solid option for kids or extra guests. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a walk-in closet plus additional closet and dresser storage round out the bedrooms.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, baking sheets, a blender, and wine glasses. A drip coffee maker and Keurig cover coffee duty, and a hot water kettle and toaster round out the counter. A dining table seats the group indoors, or take plates out to the outdoor dining area by the pool. A gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is ready for cookouts.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the home, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. The primary suite’s ensuite includes a bidet and a soaking tub.

Outdoor space
The private backyard centers on a heated pool and spa, open 24 hours year-round, with pool toys included. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a private patio or balcony give you plenty of ways to spend time outside, and a private BBQ grill keeps meals simple. A private entrance means your group comes and goes on its own schedule.

Entertainment & family extras
A game room brings together a pool table, ping pong table, and life-size games, and exercise equipment - an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, and treadmill - is on hand for anyone keeping up a routine. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, a pack ‘n play, a high chair, a baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and books and toys sorted by age group, plus babysitter recommendations and an outdoor playground. An ethernet connection and WiFi keep everyone connected throughout.

Location
Set in the Orlando area, the home offers free resort access, lake access via a nearby path or dock, and free driveway parking for four vehicles plus free street parking. A laundromat is nearby for longer stays, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and 24-hour housekeeping is available at an extra cost.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
