Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, with a queen sofa bed in the family room for extra flexibility. The first-floor master ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that lead directly out to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs offers a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a themed room, and 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan, and the family room adds a sectional with its own smart TV.

Indoor living
A dedicated workspace sits in a quiet room with a door, ideal for catching up on emails. The air-conditioned game room is a highlight - a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games keep things lively. For younger guests, a children’s playroom comes stocked with life-size games, books, and toys, along with baby safety items for peace of mind. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep the whole home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen and dining
Stainless appliances and granite counters outfit the kitchen, with an oven that includes a built-in air fryer for easy meal prep. Gather around the dining table for meals together, and start your mornings with a coffee from the kettle or coffee maker.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard brings together outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private patio for relaxed afternoons. The pool and spa are available year-round, with heating offered for an additional cost. A charcoal grill is on hand, and a propane grill can be rented separately. A half bath opens directly onto the pool area, so there’s no need to track water through the house.

Free washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, and entertainment extras - including a 65-inch HDTV with multiple streaming services and exercise equipment - round out the stay. Families will appreciate the crib, high chair, and outdoor playground, while exterior security cameras add an extra layer of safety. Parking is easy with four driveway spaces plus free street parking.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
