Excellent breakfast, with a wide choice. Very friendly and professional hosts.

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed The WC and shower was very good
There was no heating in the room which was a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings

I stayed at the Magnolia House for a weekend trip to Rye. Javed and Judith were so warm and welcoming, and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The room was large, cosy and very comfortable. Clean and peaceful too, perfect place to unwind. Great location, less than 10 minutes walking distance to shops and restaurants, and 5 mins from the station. Wish I stayed for longer - will definitely be returning when I next visit Rye. Thank you for having me xx
Not a problem for me but for rooms facing the road it can be a little noisy in the mornings.
