Birthday surprise for my daughter was lovely and the free welcome drink was very nice too. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The Halloween decorations were very good too.
Brilliant location for going to the Ovo Hydro.
We booked a family room which was very spacious and looked nice. Unfortunately the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on - that is the only reason for lower scores, everything else was fantastic.

The location was excellent for a show at Hydro. The room was clean and well equipped for 3 adult friends. Staff and facilites were great.
Did not receive complimentary drink as mention on confirmation.

It was close to the Hydro which was ideal and wasn’t too expensive when we booked it.
Some staff weren’t pleasant. We got to our room and the bed sheet was dirty but we didn’t notice till after our concert as we checked in @3pm, left for the concert around 4pm and didn’t get back to the room till 23:30pm and when we got into the bed, the bottom sheet had a dirty red stain. The duvet cover was ripped. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience
