We travel to this hotel twice a year to visit family so it is a great location and has very good food in the restaurant. The staff are lovely.
The property is getting tired. Our bedroom was clean but the curtains were hanging off which looks awful on arrival and there was areas of damage on some of the furniture. I know this is not the fault of the hotel but again doesn’t look inviting when paying for an executive double.

Excellent
Beds more stable and secure at base and floor contact ( when sitting on bed and bending forward to lace up shoes the bed moved leaving me in a state of un surprise 😳😳😳

The room was very small but clean.
Beds were clean but uncomfortable. Moved around while you were in them. Mattresses felt cheap. Room very small. View was the bin area and a steel winding staircase. Noise early in the morning from staff outside disturbed our sleep.
