CSR that works. You see disabled people in customer facing roles. You see how a stray puppy is staying with the security guards in their cabin. It’s rare you see Corporate Values in action. Lemon Tree - I am super proud of you as a desi brand.

Food
Front desk was not polite as expected at the location

Location is very ideal for travellers. Hotel is decent, with above average food.
Staff appears to be untrained. Check-in took a long time despite 4-5 staff members present at the reception desk. Due to their inefficiency, the queue for check in kept getting bigger.
Restaurant staff is also untrained, kept hovering around me after my dinner, to force me to get up and clear the table. Very weird.
