As we had a very early flight we had a wake up call from hotel and also nice food to take with us, reception was very helpful and iformative.

I had an amazing experience throughout my entire stay at Pullman New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well managed, and the level of hospitality truly stood out.
The service was seamless from beginning to end. Every interaction with the staff was professional, courteous, warm, and attentive. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the genuine effort made by the team to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed.
The professionalism of the entire team deserves special mention. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or any other department, everyone maintained a consistently high standard of service. Communication was clear and efficient, and requests were handled promptly and smoothly.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The overall ambience of the hotel was elegant and welcoming, with a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication.
The dining experience was also excellent, with a good variety of options and attentive service. The quality of the food, presentation, and overall experience added another positive dimension to my stay.
