The hotel was lovely, majority of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location
The reception staff were not helpful and did not communicate well. I was overcharged for my stay as well as a service charge taken without explaining it was being done. Once the service charge was refunded I raised the issue of being overcharged to then have the full amount of my stay taken out of my account.
I have been chasing this for a week now and still haven’t been given my money back.

Easy access from the airport and efficient pick up and drop off (extra charge) for flights.
They left a cake in the room for our anniversary which was very sweet
