All good: nice, clean and pleasant room, very comfortable with en suite bathroom, no complaints at all.
Staff I met were friendly and helpful.
Had a nice pint of Guinness in the pub and noticed the food looked pretty good though I didn't try it.
I could talk about the price, it was expensive for a room above a pub (without breakfast) as opposed to a 5* star hotel. But to be fair we're in an economic crisis and that's how it is these days. We have to support small independent local businesses like this.

No breakfast available here.
The Managers here are liars- there is no parking available near this property… it is within residential houses on all sides with permit parking only. The nearest parking station is a good ten minute walk away- I would not have stayed there had I have known this.. when I asked to speak to the manager the nice lady behind the bar said it was his day off and wasn’t answering his phone..
I received a £50 parking fine, then had to pay for the parking station.. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment because of the desceitful way they go about reservations….
