Savage value for a ground floor twin booked last minute on a Sunday afternoon.
The room was bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the desk was great for taking care of some paper work.
My room was advertised as shared bath but it was really only a shared toilet as there was a good hot shower in the room, itself!
I grew up in this business and can grade tough.
So, while, the QB is showing some signs of wear, it is still well worth it because they do extend a warm welcome.
I, also, more that they are putting money into the place and I'm sure it will be much improved in a year's time.
Also, the £8 voucher for breakfast at the Regency is well worth it.

Close to the beach and town. Great price. Fridge included in room. Good water pressure and heat.
No parking but all hotels in Brighton have this problem and parking is very expensive.

Not much. The staff was nice though
It was dirty, and the rooms were tiny.
