The rooms were really hot, there was a fan provided but was still so so hot. Otherwise perfect central location, good value for money and breakfast was good

Handy hotel for the Brighton Centre, the beach and plenty of cafes, restaurants.
My stay included breakfast buffet which had selection of cooked food, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, bread to toast, fruit and drinks. I had veggie sausages by request.
Friendly reception.
