It was very conveniently located to everywhere we wished to visit with a very short taxi ride and could even be walked if preferred. The room was extremely well kept daily via the housekeeping team and nothing was too much trouble. I advised that my husband was a coeliac (gluten free) prior to arrival and they advised they’d do their best to accommodate which made me slightly nervous however they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Breakfast for him was exceptional and they even put a 50th birthday cake in my room and ensured it was gluten free so we both could eat it. Beds were super comfy. Rooftop area was beautiful.
The lifts for some reason were extremely slow which caused a considerable wait at busy times.

Amazing location, amazing food, amazing staff.
No parking, but was a very safe area so it was okay to leave the motorbike on the street in front of the hotel.

The reception lady Widad was exceptional in service, she noticed we were hot and flustered, so she asked us to relax in the Lobby lounge and came to us to finalise check in... She also arranged cold fresh juice and cold waters for us... This was not expected, this is a sign of exceptional care and service. On top of that she gave us a lovely upgraded room which was the cherry on the top.
The Hotel restaurant was too expensive... We had a dinner there and I did not see the value... There was a very nice restaurant about 50m away with excellent food at, half the price.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Walkable distance into the medina. Nice spa.
The rooms were too hot to sleep in and we couldn’t open the doors to the balconies as there was a club pumping out loud music until 3am just next door. No sleep to be had. Such a shame.
