The location
The response by hotel staff is questionable, I stayed 3 days waiting for getting some tea bags & sugar !!!!!!!

excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff in the restaurants.
We had prepaid for our reservation, but at check-in the receptionist initially tried to charge us for the entire stay again. When I asked him to check, he confirmed that it had already been paid. He then told us that breakfast was not included. I asked him to check again, as our booking included breakfast, and he confirmed that I was right.No apologies. The first room we were given overlooked a nightclub and was extremely noisy. After I asked to move, we were assigned a quieter room, although it was smaller.
At around 8:00 a.m., a housekeeper knocked twice, and when I opened the door, she apologized and explained that she had wanted to clean the room. Later that afternoon, another housekeeper entered without knocking. I was standing in the room in my boxer shorts and was understandably startled. Instead of apologizing, she laughed.We also had a drink on the Palais Darkum terrace and then planned to have dinner on the terrace at L’Orangerie, about 50 metres away. We were told that the L’Orangerie terrace was closed because of the rain, although it wasn’t raining on the terrace where we had just been. At checkout, I went to the main reception desk to pay our bill and explain that, as we would be leaving at 2:00 a.m., we would need a breakfast box or room service. I was directed to a second reception desk to pay and told to dial 9 from our room to arrange breakfast. The concierge at the second desk seemed surprised by my request and, after discussing it loudly with colleagues, politely sent me back to the main desk. I eventually paid there, and I have asked again for breakfast, the receptionist dialed 9 and handed me the phone so I could explain my breakfast request.I explained that I am lactose intolerant and asked for a lactose-free breakfast. However, the breakfast we received included bred, danish pastries, coffee, jam, regular butter and regular yogurt.(The towels in the rooms are not the fluffy ones you expect in a 5 star hotel. these are very used)
