Loved the location, food, friendliness of staff, facilities.
My room had a good sized balcony but it had a high wall where we sat so that was depressing and when we looked over the wall it was onto the roof and air vents. Luckily I didn't want to sit on a balcony this holiday but usually I like to chill on a balcony with a cup of tea in the morning or evening. It was the only disappointing aspect of the holiday. BUT there are other rooms with balconies that definitely had nice views so if a view matters then do check with the hotel so you aren't disappointed like me. I will be back to this hotel and will check myself next time.

The staff and accommodation are both excellent. The restaurant staff (especially Fatima) were welcoming and always cheerful. It’s like being at home, except the food was more varied. The bar staff too (particularly Ahmed) were exceptionally good at their jobs. We cannot fault any of the staff. They are well trained and extremely good at their jobs.
Our room was comfortable, well furnished as well as being light, airy and maintained to a high standard by the cleaning staff. The hotel is very well located, wing only fifteen minutes from the medina. The grounds of the hotel are extensive and maintained to a meticulous standard. There is a lovely flock of peacocks and peahens roaming the grounds. They are very friendly.

The location was great but the stay was uncomfortable, was not happy with manager he's not clear in how he speaks and nor does he deal with a complaint well. Very surprised with TUI the bed was very uncomfortable, room was not cleaned properly. The welcome was very awkward never experienced such a thing. However people of Marrakech made up for it and the location.
The manager [big guy]. The room was dirty and not maintained proper. Also pictures didnt look like reality as much.
