the family room was super big with 1 single bed, a bunkbed and a big 2 person bed, very nice seating area and big windows; the little kichenette has enhough to have a drink in the room and play some games at the table; we stayed with 7 people for the evening to chat and had enough space. (only 4 slept in this room)
the light next to the bed did not work (maybe they need to be recharged) the towels were not of the best quality

Lovely stay. Clean and big room. In the heart of Haarlem.
Highly recommended.

Great location, though a long walk from parking. Well appointed, Bathroom /shower good.
Not for the claustrophobic. Although the room was well appointed with fridge, coffeemaker, etc. Long corridor under 3m wide, can't watch TV from bed, No windows, room was ICE cold and would not heat until I realized someone had left the skylight fully open (about 4 meters up in a hole in the ceiling). No information about it and had to go online to find out what the switch was and how to use it. No onsite management. Could not get the coffeemaker to turn on. Lighting and outlets less than ideal, plugs near the bed were inset so that my power adapter could not fit.
