The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The beautiful cathedral is just steps away and can be seen as soon as you step outside.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was spacious, and both the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Although the room was a little on the small side, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed.
The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and friendly. They were always happy to answer our questions, offer helpful advice and recommendations, and assist us whenever needed. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a wonderful stay with an unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and outstanding hospitality!

In the middle of the old town and still quiet. The junior suites are spacious, but the window space varies with the storey level. Very small on upper floors.
Often one does not get the requested room (we stayed there many times, as it is convenient to the airport (AMS)), nor are the rooms ready in the early afternoon. The professionalism and kindness of the personnel varies. Breakfast is mediocre.
