Perfect location just few steps from the train and metro
The first impression about the lobby area was a bit worn out

The room was quiet and comfortable with a lovely rooftop view of the St Bavo Church. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the evenings were enjoyable due to access to a bar for a glass of wine. The hotel was also very convenient for the train and buses.
While the hotel was modern and updated, our room was at the end of a long hall that included a few steps. Normally this is not a problem, however, I was with a family member using a small wheelchair. They were able to get up and climb the steps, but it would have been more convenient to not have to deal with steps. Even so, the room had enough features to make it safe for my parent.
