Excellent breakfast, slight difficulty with spiral staircase,( should have booked earlier), location spot on for both Windermere and Bowness, Ian was a brilliant host and couldn’t do enough for us.

Ian was a great host, friendly and welcoming.
A great breakfast to start the day during our stay.
Location was great to enable us to explore the area.
Our room was a little small, no where to leave tea/coffee making facilities out for use during our stay.No fridge.
We noticed that the Shower leaked a little, we informed our host Ian who was helpful and agreed for this to be looked into.
Could do with a shelf in shower cubicle to stand toiletries on.
