Location and the breakfast.
The room could have be warmer. Was chilly.

Location was excellent, building looked very nice. Staff when we checked in, were pleasant, and when we asked about concerns, they were very good. There is parking, I was lucky at the front with my campervan, however, I can understand it may be tight for some vehicles, and people not being comfortable.
I think we were just unfortunate when we turned up, there was a problem with the heating system, which looked like it was resolved by engineers, but it happened again overnight. Electric started to go off/on in the morning, which happened to be at the beginning of a storm. The shower was pretty poor tbh, not just because of the issues, but flow was very poor also. The staff were very approachable to be fair, and were dealing with people's breakfasts as well.
Bar area looked messy from night before, which isn't a good impression. Communication, we failed to get a return message, or speak to someone prior to visit regarding parking up early, took a chance, and there was a written message at reception, to park up, carry on, check in later. So eventually, that ended up well. I would come back, I will say, as this may have been just bad timing, as the location, building, staff when we saw someone were fine. Also to add, we had a great deal through booking.com, so worth another go.
