The breakfast was done to a very high standard. The morning service was helpful and attentive. The room was tidy after returning for a day out which was refreshing. The building was quiet and warm. The body wash provided smelt very nice. The parking options were great plenty of room across the road for bigger cars. The TV in the room was the right size with good choice of apps.
The room decorations were a bit distasteful such as silver lips in the bathroom. The bathroom could do with a refresh in terms of decorating as the ceiling had peeling paint. The shower head also had black mould and looks to be missed when cleaning takes place. The breakfast had nearly no faults I would only suggest some pastries such as croissants (almond/chocolate/plain). In terms of hot drinks hot chocolate might be nice. I would recommend the sign outside on the metal pole needs replacing as it was water damaged and hinders a first impression.

Good location, nice amenities, lovely breakfast and Rich was very accommodating.
Only slight downside was some noisy pipework (very minor and not really an issue).

Service was great for breakfast, location was great as well
There was a strong damp/mould smell in the bathroom (room 1). Every time we left the room and came back the smell was so strong we had to open the window…so I really don’t think it was worth the money. Also the vegetarian breakfast was not nice the sausages and fake bacon were horrible- maybe better off just doing halloumi instead?
The room decor was a bit overwhelming with all of the mirrors. It didn’t look like what was presented online.
