Very close to subway transport which is safe and fast. Room was generally very quiet bed comfortable. Restaurant lively and had nice wine list and food selection. Front desk helpful and gave excellent recommendations for dining with respect for our food and beverage preferences. Laundry service fast .
Would have preferred not to have bathtub exposed in room but this is minor. Liked WC in its own room.

The room was truly beautiful; I felt quite content relaxing inside, listening to the Robert’s radio and appreciating the design. The staff were welcoming. The rooftop bar was pleasant. The location was convenient, near museums, shops, and restaurants.
I really loved my stay here, but the hallway noise is an issue. I was woken up twice after 1:30 a.m. by loud guests coming back to their rooms. While the windows do a great job of blocking out street noise, the hard floors and walls in the hallways mean sound just echoes. Since there is nothing to absorb the noise and the doors aren't fully soundproofed, you hear everything. Disrespectful guests are not the hotel’s fault, but adding some soundproofing / absorption out there would make a huge difference.

A beautiful, stylish hotel with a unique atmosphere and exceptional attention to detail. I absolutely loved the interior design, the elegance and the overall concept. The hotel has a wonderful character and a very special charm. A truly beautiful place to stay in Vienna.
The room was smaller than I expected, especially considering the price. I would have appreciated a little more space, but overall it didn’t take away from the beautiful experience.
