The location was excellent, very close to public transportation. The staff were very attentive and addressed any issues very quickly.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and shaving kits were not provided in the room. The toilet was very small. There was trash under the cabinet, and the room cleaning was inadequate.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and fulfills all requirements for a comfortable stay.
The best part is its location, superbly connected with all means of transport, which makes sightseeing and getting around the city effortless.
Special mention to the amazing room service and the exceptionally polite and professional staff who made our stay even more pleasant.
It’s truly worth every penny. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Vienna.
There is honestly nothing to complain about everything was perfect.
P.S. They have a frameless glass shower cubicle which could be a best experience for a couple but a little awkward for a family.

Location was good
No proper lighting in the room. No toiletries except shower gel. Cleaning only in 2 days. No coffee sachets in the room. No minibar. Some electrical plugs not working.
