Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Normally I booked one room with 3 beds. But they were so kind to give me 2 separate rooms without any extra charge. That was amazing. Rooms are very big and comfortable.
There is no air-conditioning in the rooms.

Location was amazing. Great value for money.
No kettles in the rooms so if you want to make hot drinks you need to go down to the reception each time.

Old style Viennese building with very high ceilings and parquet floors. Loved the old style lift too. We stayed in the hotel’s annex and would request it again. The location was great and it was easy to walk to the old town. Enjoyed Cafe Raimund nearby for traditional and delicious breakfast.
Parking is very expensive nearby so we parked the car at a park and ride (P + R Erdberg) for several days and caught a train to the nearby Volkstheater Station which worked really well.
