The bathroom and shower were especially good, nice lounge room as well, I didn't see the staff very often since they mostly did their work while we were out or sleeping but one of the girls who works there was especially helpful and kind going out of her way to solve a problem for me.

The hotel was at very good location, and the room was clean, well equipped and cozy. The check-in/out process was very smooth and overall we had great experience.
The walls in our room had smudges so it felt like it is already older and used - a fresh repaint would guarantee 10/10 rating.

Room was very large, clean, and quiet. The check-in process was straight forward. Very central location and lots of snacks in the hotel.
