Posizione strategica, camere silenziose, colazione buffet e servita molto ricca. Altro punto forte: la pulizia.

The hosts are friendly. The breakfast is varied. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes half an hour to Venice. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.
The hotel is quite old. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hot water to start. Also, the WIFI is very bad. Be aware that just one direction of the bus ticket from the hotel to Venice costs as much as 3 euros.
