The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the man at the front desk even rang a local taxi firm for us to go back to the airport the next day! It was not a planned trip to stay there we only stayed for the night after our flight got cancelled at Venice airport the price was very reasonable compared to others in the area, the room was lovely and clean the bed was very firm so at first I was sceptical but I slept very well it was very comfortable and the mini toiletries in the bathroom are a nice touch!
The only improvement I would say personally is that the aircon could be colder as Venice is very hot it was cooling tho!

Good location close to Venice
The property is located in an industrial part and there is a lack of places to eat around the hotel as the hotel does not do evening meals

Cleanliness and breakfast
- Broken Air conditioner, extremely warm room as the sun hits on it all day long.
- if you open windows all the neighbors can watch you and at night got noisy
- the bed is not comfortable
