10/10 across everything. The customer service is unmatched!! Seriously great customer service. I had an incident with my rental car getting a flat tire on the way but they accommodated and helped me with a late check in and were also cool with a late check out. My room was pretty big and cozy for a hotel room. Location was good too but tbh I didn’t do much exploring. It’s not too far from the mestre Venice station
