Had to send the same clothes twice to the laundry to get it cleaned since the first time wasn't cleaned properly.

A special thank you to Mr Youssef at reception for arranging an early check-in, and my sincere thanks to the whole hotel team for being so friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast could be improved by offering more protein options, especially animal proteins such as tuna, turkey or other fish. The carpets in the rooms also seem a bit dated and would benefit from more care and maintenance.

It’s comfortable.
It doesn’t deserve to have 4 starts, it should be 3 starts maximum, poor rooms.
