Room was nice
When I request the Lipton and sugar they took time before to bring it and sometime they didn’t even bring it for us I have to call 3 times to get it that’s not good

The hotel has good facilities such as a 24 hour gym, gym instructor, pool, spa, sauna and massage and 24 hour room service. There is also a bar downstairs and restaurant inside the hotel although I didn’t like the food very much. It is a busy hotel and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Overall I had a nice time.
Things I didn’t like:
The smell inside the hotel room, very strong chemical smell
The cleaners would take until the late afternoon to clean the room
The location is a bit far from most things to do in Istanbul so be prepared to spend a lot on taxis
The restaurant food isn’t very good, I ordered a burger which came cold
The breakfast isnt terrible but disappointing for a five star hotel
