This was our third stay at Uranus Topkapi Hotel, and once again, everything was perfect!
We booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Privilege Suite. Such a lovely gesture and much appreciated!
The reception staff were absolutely fabulous — so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They really made us feel at home. And the breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and excellent quality.
We stayed for two nights and honestly couldn’t fault anything. It’s wonderful to return to a hotel and find the same high standards and excellent service every time.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable, especially the reception staff. Highly recommended!

Price and close to metro bus station.
My room was located next to the area where the cleaning staff stored their supplies. In the very early morning, there was a lot of in-and-out activity, with doors banging and noise that made it difficult to continue sleeping. All five pillows were lumpy, a variety of firmness levels for better comfort is a good idea. As this hotel is popular with medical tourists, many guests at breakfast were visibly recovering from procedures. This might be something for future guests to be aware of, as it can affect the dining atmosphere.
