We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and all the amenities were well thought out. It was very convenient to have a supermarket nearby, as well as a bus stop with a direct connection to the metro station. We also had breakfast at the hotel once for an additional €15 per person. The food was delicious, the variety was good, and everything was clean and well organized.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that disappointed us. We requested an extra blanket or duvet cover, but our request was refused. We were told that none were available because they were all in use. However, we checked the booking availability and noticed that the hotel had plenty of vacant rooms. It was hard to believe that an extra blanket could not be provided. The staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming.
Another disappointment was the bed. We specifically booked a room with one double bed, but instead, the hotel had simply pushed two single beds together and placed some kind of hard material underneath the bedsheet. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

It is ok to spend two business nights. The staff is really welcoming.
I have no clue how it is possible that hotels cost so much in Milan. For nothing. It was looking more like a coffin than a room. Cheap stuff. Really bad position with nothing around, even a decent restaurant. Metro pretty far away. And still it costed like hell. Hotels should start to learn the hard way that they cannot profit so much.
