Nice hotel near the Metro. Staff were friendly and the room very clean
Having to leave your key at reception every time you went out. They are huge brass keys, so it's understandable, but maybe update the bedroom door locks?

Nice location, not far from the center with the metro line M1 next to it. We enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness of the hotel. The rate was really good and we were given a nice balcony. We enjoyed our stay.
The deposit of luggage is a service that you have to pay. When we arrived at 11:30PM, not only after 5 min entering the room the night receptionist called us to ask us to be more quiet… even though we were only talking and we were on the second floor. Other than that, the guy at the desk was very welcoming.

Room was as expected for the price, receptionist was polite and friendly.
Advertised as air-conditioned room, yes, if you pay an extra €10 euros. I Felt this was a little misleading, if you are advertised as air-conditioned room, then receive an email to state air-conditioning is an extra.
