The hosts were really friendly and the apartment was close to public transport
The shower wasn’t draining properly

Everything was great and went beyond my expectations: the room size, cleanliness, overall comfort.
Minibar items available for very fair prices.
Staff is friendly and very helpful.
I loved the courtyard and the location.
I would definitely return next time I am in Milan.

Clean, updated, great host/hostess. It has a kitchen to share which was nice. They had free water and some drinks you could buy. They had coffee. The tram was close.
The location was not ideal. It was a far walk to restaurants and felt a little sketchy . It was incredibly hot when we were there and the little air conditioner struggled to cool off the room. Also it is called bed and breakfast but no breakfast is served.

Location was good, the facility was clean, the room was a good size.
It is advertised as a B & B. Does that mean it's a bed and bathroom. There was no breakfast and no arrangements were made to provide breakfast.
