The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions in the region. You’ll find shops and restaurants of all kinds in nearby Aschau or in Bernau. A well-maintained communal garden with wooden lounge chairs, an outdoor seating area, a barbecue area, and an open fire pit invites you to relax and socialize. In the basement, guests have access to a sauna, two pieces of fitness equipment (a treadmill and an exercise bike), a coin-operated washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer. The lovingly furnished living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed as well as a large, cozy sitting and dining area with a Swiss stone pine corner bench that invites you to linger. From the spacious east-facing terrace, you can enjoy the first rays of the sun and let your gaze wander over the surrounding landscape. For entertainment and relaxation, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
