Located between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee—just 5 km from each—you can enjoy peace, relaxation, and a magnificent view of the Kampenwand. The Gschwendtnerhof, with its 26 vacation apartments—one of which is our lovingly furnished apartment—offers you the highest level of comfort and free Wi-Fi. Surrounded by traditional farmhouses, you’ll experience an incomparable atmosphere far removed from everyday life. Unwind in the communal garden with cozy wooden benches, lounge chairs, and a swing. Entertainment is provided by a common room with foosball and table tennis, as well as a ski storage room for winter guests. In the basement, you’ll also find a sauna with showers and a relaxation room—perfect for unwinding after an eventful day in the mountains—as well as two pieces of fitness equipment (a treadmill and an exercise bike). A bread roll delivery service is available for your breakfast (limited during the winter months). Simply order and pay yourself—for a delightful start to the day. You can conveniently park your car in the free parking lot, with one space per vacation apartment. Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed here. Here you’ll find bright rooms with vinyl floor tiles and a pleasant atmosphere: The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (185 x 205 cm) and ample storage space, promises restful nights. In the living room, a cozy sleeper sofa for the third person (196 x 92 cm) invites you to relax, while the large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. A charming dining nook and a stylish sideboard round out the ambience. The separate small kitchen is fully equipped—an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a ceramic cooktop with two burners ensure that you can cook to your heart’s content. Cookware and tableware are, of course, provided. A special highlight is the two identical bathrooms, each with a bathtub and toilet—ideal for added comfort. The balcony doors and windows are fitted with high-quality insect screens, so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air undisturbed. Outside, a spacious 10-square-meter terrace with patio furniture, a lounge chair, and a parasol faces southwest—your perfect spot for relaxing under the open sky. Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed in our vacation rental.
