Excellent service with welcoming and happy staff. The rooms were very upmarket with plenty of space to hang clothes and lovely touches. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again, thank you.

Turned up late afternoon on a Sunday and they had a table for me for a late Sunday roast lunch . This was most welcome. The room was very comfortable with everything I would like in it . The staff were particularly nice , very friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet location but you can hear the motorway in the distance. Car parking good , I am particular with my car and where I park it.

Old world inn beautifully refurbished to maintain its character. Elegant and cosy ambience.
Set in large grounds. Plenty of parking. Ease of access from M56.
Temperature control in the bedroom due to lack of air conditioning.

The staff are just wonderful and can't do enough for you. It makes such a lovely change to be welcomed and treated like a guest and not an inconvenience
The food was lovely and the bar area clean, presentable and very cosy
I hate being negative but we were given an accessible room which doesn't work for me as the sink is too small and low and the toilet too high.
We did ask to be moved but accepted there were no other rooms but if this room was the last available when we booked it should have stated it was an accessible room as I wouldn't have booked it.
I have had shoulder surgery earlier this year so can't bend low to reach the sink nor could I use the toilet as it was too high. The other issue was the toilet flush was not working correctly and required multiple attempts to pull it which just put us off using it unless we had to.
