We’ve stayed here twice now enroute between Scotland & Southampton. It’s a lovely, very popular pub. Sunday roast was so good! Staff are lovely & they know what they are doing.

Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff, at ease with being professional.
Might have been a one off and to be fair we didn’t mention it - quite loud music from downstairs in our room in the morning. Was not loud at all when we went down for breakfast so must be to do with position of a speaker. Good if you like waking up to Elton John and other 70s/80s stuff!

Gorgeous place, room excellent
There was loud music on till around midnight and then we could here music from downstairs from around 7am, didn’t like getting disturbed so early. Also we could smell strong cigarette smoke coming into our room from outside which was disgusting! 🤢
