About this house rental
Sara, Luigi, and the whole furry gang at the farmhouse invite you to their two-story apartment (first floor and first floor) located inside a 20th-century farmhouse nestled in the Roman countryside, just a stone’s throw from Lake Bracciano. It’s a convenient and peaceful spot from which to explore Rome and all the attractions of the Bracciano-Martignano Regional Nature Park.
Your furry friends are welcome, but please always let us know in advance.

The farmhouse is located in the countryside north of Rome, about 10 km from La Storta, just a stone’s throw from Anguillara Sabazia (1.5 km), Lake Bracciano (5 km), and Lake Martignano (9 km).
A strategic location nestled in a peaceful setting, serving as the perfect starting point for exploring spectacular hiking and biking trails that make it easy to reach any destination.
The apartment is comfortable and features four private bedrooms on the upper floor, where you’ll find free sheets, comforters, and towels to ensure a comfortable stay, as well as a living room/hallway with a sleeper sofa. The property also features two full shared bathrooms for the bedrooms and a half-bath on the first floor.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen where they can prepare their own meals, complete with a multifunction coffee machine for breakfast.
Guest Access
Guests will have private access to enter the property independently, either on foot or by car, which can be parked conveniently and free of charge on the estate.
Unfortunately, the farmhouse apartment is not yet accessible to people with mobility challenges, and we are very sorry about this. We’re working to make it fully accessible in the near future, hoping to remove the existing architectural barriers.

Inside the property, you’ll also be welcomed by some fantastic furry friends who are the true hosts of the house.
“Mou,” a small, lively, honey-colored fox mix; “Audrey,” a curious and cuddly medium-sized hound; and Lucky, a very sweet, small-to-medium-sized black bracco mix.
