It was everything good. The location is so good, the apartment was clean and everything worked as expected. Only the elevator wasn’t working but is not something that the apartment owner could fix obviously.
The photos are “confusing “ because the apartment was a bit different than the photos but still good, maybe some decorations changed or is another apartment.

The location is great! I felt safe staying here as a solo female traveller. There are restaurants and shops outside/ a short walk away and the streets are beautiful. The apartment is very nice although the shower is quite small/tight and the elevator did break on my arrival. I did have a problem where the electricity cut out when I first arrived but the hosts were easily contactable and I was able to sort out the issue. A lovely stay and would happily stay again.

The building's entrance was generally open. We used a code to enter the room; it always worked. The building is right in the city center, a 10-minute walk from Ponte Sant'Angelo and 15 minutes from Piazza Navona. From the windows, we had a view of neighboring buildings and rooftop gardens. A very large apartment: two rooms, a small hallway, a large bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was not very effective and was quite noisy.
Note for guests traveling by car: the building is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZLT). You must park your vehicle in a safe location outside the zone.

The location is great!
We were assigned Apt 3A and stayed for 5 nights. While the location is great, the apartment has some issues, and I don’t recommend a stay more than 2-3 nights: the ac does not work properly and leaks water on the floor; the shower is incredibly small and very uncomfortable when showering multiple days in a row, and the water will easily get out onto the bathroom floor; do not expect towels to be exchanged. You have to ask for them, and they are not timely; the towel drying rack does not work; the floor was dirty with dust and crumbs and we even found a dirty baby’s pacifier under the bed; the check in process was complicated and the staff communicated only when convenient for them. Their tone when communicating about the tourist fee (which can only be paid through PayPal) was somewhat short an and demanding too.
