I love that it was so spacious. It was so well appointed, air-conditioning in both rooms, electric blinds gave me hours of entertainment, there a television in the bedroom and in the sitting room, it was easy to prepare a meal. It was also very easy to get a carryout delivered and almost as easy to go out for a meal Monica the owner was more than helpful. She was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much problem for her, and she offered advice and suggestions for local attractions, I was very impressed that she actually remembered my name, even though I’m only here for four days.
The noise echo from upstairs and I think there were people in the part of the apartment Next Door as there was a door that shut off a corridor which must’ve laid into the Next Door apartment, but that wasn’t a big

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is located in a gated residential complex in a quieter, more residential part of Rome, about a 10-minute walk from Cornelia metro station. The neighbourhood felt safe and quite elegant, and there's a large, very well-stocked supermarket nearby. The building itself has a certain old-fashioned charm. You can tell it must have been quite luxurious 20 or 30 years ago. While it may no longer feel quite as impressive today, it's still very well-maintained, clean and pleasant. It's worth mentioning that this isn't a traditional hotel, but a residential building with its own reception and concierge service. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic! Beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning throughout, as well as two TVs. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous terrace overlooking the garden — a wonderful place to relax after a long day exploring Rome. A special mention goes to Monica, our host, who was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She stayed in touch with us, arranged for our apartment to be cleaned first so we could check in earlier, and even sent us a list of recommended nearby restaurants and shops. We really appreciated her hospitality!
There were a few minor drawbacks, although none of them significantly affected our overall experience. The most unusual feature was the presence of connecting doors leading to neighbouring apartments. They were, of course, securely locked, and judging by the building's evacuation plans, this appears to be part of its original design. Still, it felt a little strange and slightly reduced our sense of privacy, especially since we could hear noise coming through from the neighbouring apartment. The kitchen could also have been a little better equipped, as it only had the bare essentials. Finally, while it was nice to find coffee capsules, tea and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the apartment, we were surprised that everything came at an additional charge. We could understand paying for drinks from the fridge, but charging even for basic coffee and tea felt a little disappointing, especially considering the otherwise excellent standard of the apartment. Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place!
