Excellent location for the town centre.
The WiFi never seems to work. We have stayed many times. The breakfast is too late on Sunday morning for travellers heading to the Channel.

Location, cleanliness, knowledgeable staff.
Car parking was paid twice through the hotel in error. Although the car park is behind the hotel it is managed by another private company. We were unable to get a refund through Ibis which spoiled our overall enjoyment of the hotel and the stay.

Location, secure parking and friendly staff.
Quality of breakfast wasn’t great as a coach party got there first!

"Loved how close it was to town as well as all the modern features. My room was clean and very comfortable for my stay. The front desk staff were also so lovely and very helpful with all my questions!"
