The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Arras. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The self-service buffet breakfast was excellent and there was a great choice of food to choose from. Whilst staying we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was also excellent. The staff in the restaurant were particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Whilst the hotel does offer a concession on parking in a nearby underground car park, more details/directions on where to find it, particularly when arriving in Arras for the first time, would have been particularly helpful.
