This hotel has been given bad reviews by a lot of people, myself and friends stopped there 2 weeks ago and had a brilliant time, staff couldn't be more helpful and rooms were cleaned everyday, the only thing I can fault is the damp smell in the bar area ,will be booking again next year.
There was a damp smell in the bar area which think needs looking at and wobbly hand rails to the pool ,apart from that everything was great .

Location and staff
Asked for lower ground floor before arrived and on arrival. Was advised that there were none available but later found the couple behind me were given a room on the first floor.

The roof solarium was deserted, good coffee at breakfast
