Location of hotel very good.
Breakfast good, food overall was good.

The rooms were modern, very clean and tidy and comfortable. Great shower with lots of different settings. Staff were very helpful and on hand 24/7. I was a little disappointed that there was no balcony and the swimming pool area is small and boxed in. Food was ok, I really enjoyed the breakfast but felt the evening meals could have been better.
No balcony, swimming pool area is small and evening meals weren’t the best, in particular the tinned vegetables.

Starting to be not as much! Looking a bit tired with old fashioned lifts and non occasionally working cards in lift and room doors and receptionist’s with a bit of an attitude on them !!!
Lost passport. Had to travel 4hrs back to my house even though i had told receptionist I had a picture of it on my phone!
