Location
Been woken up by housekeeping coming in room before 9am
Having to sit at a table with dirty dishes as not enough staff to clear up
Huge wait for the lifts, very frustrating for the price of the room
Also you had to pay for extra tea and coffee once it run out in the room. For a 4 star hotel I thought this was a really cheap tactic to get extra money from customers.
No iron or ironing board in the room

Food wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine lunch and evening meal poor quite tasteless
One lift out of order.

Hotel was clean and in a good position
Although it was full board and not all inclusive, you were expected to pay for coffee etc in your room and water usually complementary in most hotels..
