Staff exceptional given trying circumstances thrust upon them at short notice (A9 closure following serious road traffic incident). Courteous, friendly, helpful.
Bed was like sleeping on a slate. Decor tired.

staff were great and super genuine and tried there best to cater to all our needs
a little disappointed I couldn't get the balloons set up but it was a long shot and understand that it is a bit difficult to do and closing the hotel after 10pm was a bit frustrating as a smoker but honestly very minor issues couldn't be happier with the staff or experience also did request a room with a bath which we didn't get

The location was perfect stop enroute to ferry to Orkney. Bed was comfy and room was clean . Very cool old building. Food was good, and they made us a nice takeaway breakfast . Staff was friendly during our quick stay.
