Excellent breakfast - good choice of full cooked items.
Meals are excellent - all freshly cooked good quality pub grub rather than anything too pretentious or fancy which is appreciated by customers.
Pub area is very friendly and welcoming.
Bedrooms might do with a refresh but are still very clean, cosy and well appointed and perfectly acceptable.
Little touches like nice quality shortbread are appreciated.

Everyone was helpful, the room was comfortable and the shower was good.
A member of staff agreed to drive me into Inverness to get a new pair of walking boots; much appreciated
Service at dinner good.
Nothing really. room a little dated but perfectly adequate.

Good food, quietish venue, very low bed …..comfortable ….very good food both dinner and especially dinner…
Could do with a facelift…but appreciate expense it would involve….

Central to my needs. Food is lovely and plentiful.
Outdated. Needs modernising and in most cases needs a good clean up. Beds uncomfortable. Room tiny. Wouldn’t take much to make rooms fresher looking. Wardrobe looked like on last legs. No towels, toiletries or tea cup for two when we arrived.
Entrance to hotel looks good, but looks dirty going through to the rooms.
