We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place London City East, and I would definitely come back again.
The room was exceptionally spacious, very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels every day. The bathroom was also very large, modern and spotlessly clean. We had a beautiful view over Whitechapel Road.
The reception staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. They even lent me a UK charger when I realised I didn’t have one, which was very kind. On our last day, they also kept our luggage safely until we had to leave for our evening flight.
Breakfast had everything we needed and offered a good variety.
The only small issue was that some of the restaurant tables were not always completely clean, and occasionally we had to ask the staff to refill butter or bring cups. However, they reacted immediately and were very helpful.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit to London.

The room didnt look like pic of the room we wanted n View was of buildings under construction not the view in the pic on site.

The cleanliness and size of room. Easy to check in and out.
No seat in wet room shower in disabled room. Not possible for me to shower as a disabled wheelchair user who cannot walk. A very importaint issue for a hotel not to realise.
