About this apartment rental
Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Luxury Apartment 2.13 is located on the 2nd floor of the “White Pearl” and accommodates 2 people in 58 m².
You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a separate dining area in the living space. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a sofa and an armchair. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.
Highlights of the apartment include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and a furnished west-facing balcony that’s perfect for relaxing in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash rooms for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal im White Pearl,dieses Mal über Sylvester.Es war wieder einmal wunderschön,die Zimmer ein Traum,die Nähe zum Meer wunderbar.Alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett!Den nächsten Urlaub haben wir im März im White Pearl gebucht.Wir freuen uns schon,denn wir wissen wie schön es bei Ihnen ist.Vielen Dank für alles,liebe Grüße Familie Schreckenberger
